Bodycare takes on winters with new thermal range

Bodycare, a known name in thermal wear in India has introduced its new collection for the forthcoming season. The new collection is comfortable and highlights the style quotient without compromising on warmth. It is also working on the super-premium category of thermals, which could

be launched this very winter.

“We expect a good winter season ahead. This financial year,
we aim to gross a turnover of Rs 145 crores, which would be increased to Rs 300 crores in next three years,” says Mithun Gupta, Director, Bodycare International.

The company has aggressive plans to expand its reach globally while focusing on campaigning and other marketing strategies.

Advanced thermal range for winters

“Our entire range is a mix of quilted and pure woolen machine washable thermals. We have designed Bodycare products by embracing the quilt knit technology, which produces thermals in soft fabric, thus providing a comfortable base layer that can be easily worn under any outfit. The line has an exciting mix and match of colors and designs for the entire family,” says Gupta elaborating on the brand’s product USP.

For men the portfolio consists of ten patterns, for women there are twelve patterns and for kids there are fifteen to eighteen patterns to keep warm and cozy during the winter season. Going beyond the regular white, the new range comes in a bevy of colors such as black, anthra mellange for men, skin, anthra mellange for women and anthra mellange, denim blue, fusia and pink for kids.

Bodycare collection is present in more than 7,000 MBOs and many online stores like firstcry.com, babyoye.com and more. As Gupta says, “Expansion is always a continuous process for us and we are focusing on getting more output from Tier II cities. Our online presence has also been extremely good experience for us.”

A market leader for nearly twenty years, Bodycare has established itself as a leading manufacturer and supplier of intimate apparels. Now, Bodycare International has announced an aggressive marketing and branding campaign to reach out to the millions of existing and potential consumers. Within a span of two to three years, the target is to spread globally and do more promotional activities for the brand.
