French fashion and lifestyle brand created by the French Designer Daniel Hechter has rolled out its Autumn/Winter ’13 and Spring/Summer ’14 collections in India. Its offerings include the exclusive ‘La Premier’ collection made with premium

Italian fabrics and the ‘Ceremony’ collection, for the festive market apart from a ‘Linen’ collection made with lightweight linen fabric in a variety of colors and styles.

league has been associated with the brand for the past seven seasons. It is positioned as a premium international lifestyle brand. “We are present in more than forty outlets, which include standalone boutiques, MBOs and exclusive outlets,” says Panchali, COO, Future Lifestyle Fashion.


Exclusive range for the season

There are two main collections in the Autumn/Winter 2013 range: Classic with a twist and Sporty Elegance, which is sportswear. It’s a balanced-in-style collection with old vintage looks inspired by smart designs, modern attitude that gives a twist to the French brand.

“If you want to make fashion a lifestyle, the all new Autumn/Winter collection gives the best of French fashion this winter. Known for its cosmopolitan flair, it adds a creative twist to one’s attire. On the other hand the Spring/Summer ’14 collection is more vibrant, young and colorful with a basket of collections to offer,” explains Panchali. The collection also offers perfect layering and stylish formal wear in ‘classic with a twist’ range and the classic white line. There is a range of specially crafted high quality shirts.


India journey so far

The brand was introduced in India in 2009. “Initially we brought in formal clothing at a high price point. We saw that T-shirts in the best of fabrics, like mercerized were accepted at high price points. Today, we have T-shirts, shirts, trousers, suits. In trousers we have various silhouettes. And we have accessories like stoles in summer, caps and mufflers in winter. We have ties and socks to go with the formal range and cufflinks imported from Germany,” says Panchali elaborating on the complete product portfolio retailed in India.

The brand is present in more than forty retail outlets across. It’s available in exclusive boutiques at Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore, and in shop-in-shops at Central across India.
