Candy Pastels

Girlhood nostalgia is created with the Candy Pastels colour group, introducing a sugar-sweet freshness to the Fall/Winter wardrobe. These youthful shades revisit the milky effect of the Crayola pencils used at school. Candied Combinations bring two or three pastels together in a single outfit, from lilac and lemon to peach and strawberry milk. These girly shades incorporate a subtly artificial tint, making for stronger, brighter accents.

A play on pattern, blocking and patchwork produces eye-catching F/W15 colour statements, while other styles combine shades using woven fabrics. Colours are typically softer than those seen in Candied Combinations, applied onto single pieces like dresses and bags. In a season usually known for more muted tones, we see standouts in playful winter knits and sports chic sweaters, while leather textures create a glossy surface for elegant clutch bags.
