No beach holiday is complete without a swimsuit. And for this summer manufacturers have come

out with trunks and maillots and leotard-like one-pieces and sexy two pieces that are designed to flatter ones figure. Making a splash has just become a whole lot easier. These costumes not only highlight your washboard abs, they are so designed as to hide your weaker areas too.

Canali offers men micro striped trunks, striped trunks, shell print trunks and paisley print trunks. Versace has two-piece bikinis in fluorescent colors. Louis Vuitton’s designs are both flirtatious and naughty. Kenzo offers trunks, boxers and briefs with dip-dye camouflage effect which are available for Rs 13,900 each. Paul Smith has blue striped swim shorts with navy draw cord featuring decorative Paul Smith embossed metal ends. Or a red check swim shorts with red draw cords with decorative Paul Smith embossed metal ends.

Women expectedly can pamper themselves with lacy strapped bikinis to black swimsuits. Fashion designer Amit Aggarwal’s swimwear is distinctive and feminine and costs between Rs 5,000 and Rs 6,000. He has used three dimensional pleating details as trims that make the swimwear an outfit that can be styled for a tropical evening besides just swimming.
