Diesel, the Italian premium casual lifestyle brand, has just opened doors for the first time in

Bangalore’s UB city commercial complex. This comes after months of buzz and the ‘Be Stupid’ ad campaigns flooding the city. The new store -- designed by Diesel’s creative team and spread over 4,500 sq. ft. area exudes its own distinctive identity and is not a replica of any other existing Diesel flagship in the world.

The store racks features the complete Diesel lifestyle product portfolio comprising of apparel, five pockets, footwear, intimate, timeframes, shades, fragrances, accessories and limited-edition products developed in collaboration with other brands.

Partnered with Reliance Brands, a branch of the Reliance Industries group, Diesel has already launched two stores in Mumbai. And after the launch of the Bangalore store, it will soon open some more stores in New Delhi and Hyderabad over the next few months. Darshan Mehta, President and CEO of Reliance Brands feels to launch in India one of the most iconic brand in contemporary fashion, is the culmination of a dream and many months of painstaking but enjoyable work for his team.

Having started off as a high-quality denim brand, Diesel today is a lifestyle icon with collections in casual clothing, footwear, accessories, fragrances, eyewear, etc, and even a car, the Fiat 500 by Diesel.
