Celio, the leading men’s wear brand from France, has launched its autumn/winter 2010-11

collection at its new 1,000 sq. ft. store in Chandigarh. The brand has successfully marked its presence in India with 12 exclusive stores in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore and is present in large formats like Central, Lifestyle and Pantaloons in 22 cities. Within a short time Celio has managed to establish itself as one of the leading players in the category with a wide choice and great offerings. Across the globe it is present in 66 countries through 1,000 stores.

Celio is working on an aggressive expansion strategy to increase its footprint in India, especially through exclusive stores. Currently, it’s focusing on the north with new stores in Chandigarh, Amritsar and Ludhiana and is also scouting for property in Jalandhar and looking at Pune and Hyderabad in the west and south.

For the autumn/winter they have come up with a line of T-shirts, pullovers, sweaters, outerwear, jackets, casual trousers, cargos and sportswear trousers, shirts among others. This winter, Celio has replaced its casual and sportswear universe, with the Urban and Relax lines. Urban, with two themes Citystart and Skybar, combines elegance, charm and comfort for everyday wear. Relax maintains the fundamental Celio style for relaxation under the theme Traveller, offering a vintage look.
