From Delhi, the new fashion and political capital of India, the multi-designer store featuring

international brands, Kitsch is opening its first outlet in Mumbai. After the first Kitsch store in the up-market DLF Emporio in Delhi, the second Kitsch opens in the Kala Ghoda area in Mumbai. The brainchild of sisters, Charu Sachdev and Priya Sachdev Chatwal, Kitsch is the perfect window of international fashion for the Indian fashion connoisseurs. Excited about the launch Charu Sachdev says Kitsch Mumbai is a milestone for them. It is a large boutique carrying men’s and women’s fashion and accessories and is the place where one would love to spend a lot of time – a true retail destination. With exquisite interiors and ample emphasis on visual merchandizing, Kitsch is synonymous to elegance, sophistication and chic clothing, all under a luxurious roof. TCS is the holding company for the multi-brand fashion store.

True to the product promise of Kitsch worldwide, this high end fashionable outlet will house exclusive ready-to-wear and accessories from international brands such as Alberta Ferretti, Marc Jacobs, Alexander McQueen, Halston Heritage, Jean Paul Gaultier and Stella McCartney to Theory, to name a few. Apart from their sophisticated line of garments, the store will also stock stylish accessories, to offer shoppers a complete ensemble.

During the opening, Kitsch will be hosting a trunk show by Elise Overland to kick-start the launch of the store. The designer who has dressed Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Anne Hathaway in her designs will also share some styling tips with the attendees.
