Aditya Birla Nuvo’s Madura Fashion & Lifestyle is giving a new look to its apparel

brand Allen Solly planning to give it a distinct identity. Apart from unveiling a new logo for the brand, the firm will also renovate 130 stores across India to align with its move to strengthen the brand’s ‘Friday Dressing’ positioning. This would now be extended to the women’s collection as well.

The newly launched ‘Stag’ logo will be integrated into the new retail identity that is currently being implemented in its flagship store at Bangalore. With an investment if Rs 40-50 lakh per store, over the next one year, the company will renovate all 130 stores across India to align with the new look.

The brand is expected to close the current fiscal with a retail turnover of Rs 500 crores. It also has plans to undertake retail expansion drive and would launch 40-50 new stores every year. The brand will also launch new merchandise for men and women. The brand’s women’s range, contributes 25 per cent to its annual sales turnover.

The brand promoted the Friday Dressing concept in the corporate world and apparel industry that breaks the formal ‘black, white and grey’ work wear to offer apparel in bold colours and casual fabric.
