Fashion and Lifestyle is targeting Rs 650 crores revenue this fiscal. It’s witnessing high demand and strong growth in business with innovative activities like the just introduced ‘Colour Lab’.The Colour Lab innovation, started especially to attract young consumers, will be available at around 140 Allen Solly stores soon. It lets consumers order shirts and trousers with a wide choice of as many as 670 shades. It allows a customer to get his favourite pair of shirt or pant customised at a premium of around Rs 400 per piece. The company is investing Rs 10 crores in manufacturing and marketing of Colour Lab.
Plans are afoot to focus on retail expansion by taking the EBOs count to 200 from 170 stores this year. After its formal launch in 1993, the brand has always tried to offer something new and unique to its customers. Starting with relaxed work-wear and the introduction of ‘Friday Dressing’ in 1995, and now the Colour Lab concept, the brand is looking at creating merchandise with the help of its end-users.
