Allen Solly unveils a range of trendy Chinos

Credited for introducing cotton trousers to Indian consumers, Allen Solly, now introduces a wide

range of cotton Chinos for men. This trouser style is popular because of its slim fit and vibrant colour options.

Allen Solly Chinos are in a number of shades and tones and are extremely stylish and versatile. Made with cotton, they are in bright colours and earthy tones. Chinos are available in four fits: Custom, Smart Slim, Ultra Slim and Trenims.

Brands have realized that customization is the key to woo customers during the recessionary and high inflation phase. Following this trend, Allen Solly introduced Colour Lab late last year, offering men a choice of 670 colours for dyeing clothes from the brand's core segment comprising shirts and pants.

The idea is to allow customers to choose the shade of their choice, so the end product is customized accordingly, while Allen Solly will keep eight colours in the store. Though the initiative requires separate production line of dyeing and garmenting at its manufacturing plant in Bangalore, it stocks small amounts of undyed core patterns and sizes of its shirts and pants, which are then dyed according to customers’ orders.
