And Designs hires key people at senior positions

Anita Dongre’s designer label And Designs India (ADIL) has appointed Ganesh Babu as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and

Monica Bhandari as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

Ganesh Babu has more than 22 years of experience in business finance, across leading Indian and global multi-national companies, including with UNINOR (Telenor group - Norway), Bharti Airtel, Tenneco Automotive, The Coca-Cola Company, TVS Srichakra and Deloitte & Touche. As CFO, his key focus is to align business strategy, with that of value driven commercial strategy, a process driven approach, robust risk management & compliances, and optimum utilisation of resources.

Monica Bhandari brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience, to ADIL, which includes working 14 years at Bharti Airtel and Bharti Walmart. In her last assignment with Bharti Walmart, she partnered with Walmart International- China and Japan for their HR Process Reengineering. As the CHRO at ADIL, her agenda includes managing transformation of HR and business processes. Her focus areas would be framing and driving people strategy for the business.
