AND, Global Desi open doors to joint store in Bangalore

AND, the contemporary western wear brand and Global Desi, the India inspired boho

chic brand under designer Anita Dongre’s And Designs India, announced the launch of their new joint store in Bangalore. This marks the 45th exclusive AND store and the 60th exclusive Global Desi store in the country. The store housing the two brands is located at New Bel Road and is spread across 956 sq. ft. for AND and 776 sq. ft. for Global Desi offering Spring/Summer 2014 collections from the brands.

The Global Desi collection showcases a trendy range of chic and edgy outfits including printed maxis, kaftans, palazzos, crop tops, tunics, dresses, jumpsuits and many more options in soft fluid fabrics like Liva, whereas AND offers a range of contemporary outfits and accessories.

Launched in 2007, Global Desi is available at exclusive brand outlets and multi brand stores across the country. Global Desi opened its first outlet in Mauritius in 2013. Plans are underway to open it in other destinations all over the world. AND at present is retailed through over 250 points of sale, which include 45 exclusive stores and over 200 other established multi-brand lifestyle formats like Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Central, Kapsons and Pantaloons.
