The Lodha Group has signed on Armani Casa to develop apartments and villas in Mumbai

for its ambitious project World One. Armani Casa the high-end home collection by iconic fashion designer Giorgio Armani featuring furniture, lamps, linens, and dining essentials is available at 40 worldwide boutiques and select Neiman Marcus stores. World One, at Lower Parel, is a complex of very high end apartments and duplexes, high-end shopping boulevards, alfresco dining units and even a museum. The apartments are sold strictly by invitation.

Prospective buyers have to call up at least 24 hours in advance for an appointment to visit the site office, be prepared to field questions about their car, their favorite holiday spots and the newspapers they read, enabling the sales personnel to understand their profile. Sources say the potential resident of a duplex must have a minimum annual turnover of over Rs 2,000 crores. Founded in 2000, Armani/Casa, has established itself as a global leader in the luxury interiors market. Synonymous with an elegant and contemporary lifestyle, it is the expression of Giorgio Armani’s own vision of the home as an intimate but sophisticated setting with an atmosphere of comfort and harmony. Besides, Armani, which also designed residences in Burj Khalifa in Dubai is setting up its first-ever gallery in India on the World One premises in Lower Parel.
