Bangalore Fashion Week, HCG team up for breast cancer awareness

The 9th Edition of Blenders Pride Bangalore Fashion Week

Winter/Festive 2013, organized by Dream Merchants to be held from July 25 to 28, 2013 at Crowne Plaza, is joining hands with HCG Foundation and Pink Hope, a support group by HCG, to create awareness on breast cancer. HCG Foundation, along with Pink Hope will be organizing seminars and workshops during the fashion week, with eminent speakers from the field of medicine and others.

Designer Abhishek Dutta will present an exclusive Pink & White line, exclusively created in support of the cause. The Grand Finale by Arjun Khanna would be showcasing an exclusive 'all men show' reiterating the concept of 'men are back’ to support our women.

An eclectic mix of Indian and international designers will be showcasing at the 9th edition of the fashion week. Some notable names showcasing at the 9th edition include: Arjun Khanna, Abhishek Dutta, Monapali, Pria Kataaria Puri and Australian designer Diana Marjana Kovacevic. With a focus on generating business for participating designers and exhibitors, the organisers have created a platform -- ‘BFW Xbit’ – an exclusive four-day exhibit and sale by the participating designers and lifestyle brands.
