Blackberrys, the brand synonymous with sharp menswear has unveiled its latest Spring/Summer ’14 collection.

The key looks for the season evolve from the satire of a traditional British style to a more relaxed and lighter look of the Mediterranean. The elements of satire and quirk have been incorporated in a collection inspired by Sicily, the city known for its vibrant culture, lifestyle, architecture and fashion.

The collection exudes a European flavor with a modern retro twist. Quirky prints, interesting mix of shades, suspenders and bow ties are all a part of Mediterranean collection. Indigo and different shades of blue dominate the designs. The line features linens and light cottons as the main fabric and in prints, there are gingham checks, Prince of Wales window panes and mixed checks.

This season, the brand has also introduced new fits in trousers, jackets and shirts. Pleat added tapered trousers best worn cropped to ankle length and a tapered leg low waist fit have been added to the range of trouser fits. For those with average height, the new fit in suits and jackets adds length to legs and makes one appear taller and slimmer. Breaking the conventional norm, Blackberrys introduces unconstructed jackets without the traditional components such as chest piece and shoulder pads. The collection also offers a wide range of options in khakis, white shirts, dress line trousers, suits and waist coats. An exclusive collection of suits in various shades of blue has been designed to keep up with the Mediterranean theme. ‘Blue Era’ collection of suits offer sharpness in tones of teal, cobalt, midnight blue, royal navy and many mor. There is an all new waist coats collection with 18 different styles which are a mix of sporty and formal.

Blackberrys is widely distributed across the country through over 190 exclusive brand outlets, 750 multi brand outlets, and most large format stores such as Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle.
