Camelbak enters India through Realm Inc

hydration Gear - CamelBak, has now ventured into the Indian market through a distribution network with Realm Inc. The US manufacturer and retailer, already present in 80 countries, have collaborated with Realm Inc as the exclusive distribution partners to channelize their distribution network in India.

Apart from being used by the world’s top professional sports teams, CamelBak products are being used by the by astronauts in NASA over the years and they are also used in military fields across 50 nations including US forces, UK forces and armed forces from all types of military and tactical arenas.

Mehul Arora, Co-founder Realm Inc, feels India as a market is very big for CamelBak products as they are being widely used by adventure enthusiasts. This move for the US brand is to further push their base in the Asian region. They do expect that the Indian market will turn in to the company’s most vital market, owing to its big population, number of big cities and the fact that, India has a huge and increasing middle-income group populace. CamelBak products claim to be 100 per cent free of bisphenol-A (BPA) and phthalates, potentially toxic chemicals, which are known to affect the heart, brain, nervous system and also cause cancer on consumption.
