Going to school has never been so much fun. Cartoon Network,

the popular children’s TV station, is now offering range of fun stationery, bags, and apparel under the brand Ben 10. The collections has water bottles, lunch boxes, pencil boxes, geometry sets, folders, pens, pencils, crayons, paints, stationary sets, erasers, sharpeners, etc. To add color to the rains there are raincoats, jackets and umbrellas. Gaurav Brar, Director Cartoon Network Enterprises, South Asia feels says the new range features some of their best designs and demonstrates yet another way Cartoon Network engages kids by extending the world of Ben 10 from the TV screen to everyday life.

The market for school uniforms is huge and growing at a fast pace. At present, uniforms are almost 40 per cent of the Rs 32,000 crores kidswear market, with a growth of 15 per cent over last year. A large portion of the school uniform retail market is unorganized and fragmented compared to the uniform market internationally where organized retail brands have a strong presence.

Cartoon Network started broadcast in India as the dual-channel TNT & Cartoon Network in 1995. In July 2001, Cartoon Network India became a separate 24-hour channel.
