Chaitanya Rao has designed a stunning white and gold ensemble for actress Trisha Krishnan, who has

worn it along with angel wings for the new campaign for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India. Released to commemorate the World Stray Animals Day today, Krishan appears with a rescued dog in the campaign that reads, ‘Be an Angel: Adopt a Homeless Dog’, encouraging people to adopt a dog from an animal shelter or the streets.

PETA and Krishnan, through this new campaign, have appealed to people to give shelter to stray dogs and bring joy into their lives. PETA has also asked people to get their pet animals sterilized in time.

Chaitanya Rao is best known for his couture and prêt collections.Working out of his studio on Khader Nawaz Khan in Chennai's fashion district, he has been a regular at fashion weeks. With a decade of experience, Rao is a favourite among south Indian film stars.
