Co-Fit unveils 200 legging varieties in India

International brand Co-Fit, famous for its wide range of leggings has launched almost 200 styles,
for the first time in India. The leggings are made of 100 per cent combed yarn with Lycra. The range is currently available at Chennai Silks stores.The Chennai Silks group a five-decade-old family business is now looking at expanding its footprint in southern states. The business founded by A Kulandaivel Mudaliar in 1962 is today an integrated textiles company. On the front-end, it has 13 stores, each of which witnesses footfalls of 25,000 a day. It has a footprint in Tamil Nadu cities such as Chennai, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Tiruchi, Karur, and Tirunelveli.
Most of its businesses is built around core textiles. One of its related extensions has been in IT. It has an in-house software to handle supply chain management, billing and sourcing which is also used by its vendors. The company has also built an e-commerce portal for online retail. The business done online is currently equal to what they sell in a single store.
