D’décor steps into Indian homes

D’décor, the well-known upholstery and curtain fabrics manufacturers and exporters, and the

world’s third largest furnishing company, is looking to enter the homes of at least one million consumers in India. What’s more the brand has roped in Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan and wife Gauri Khan as the brand ambassadors.

D’décor’s designs are created from artworks sourced from Europe’s best design houses, which are then blended onto the fabric innovatively and woven into trendy colors. Besides the designs, the company offers homemakers fire retardant, stain-proof, and teflon-coated fabrics. The furnishings will be available simultaneously in India, US and European markets. D’decor exports to more than 60 countries. After making a mark in the US, Europe, Middle East, Russia, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa it now intends to repeat its success in India.

As a part of their brand campaign they recently shot Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, who will be seen together in any commercial space for the first time. Gauri known for her interior decoration skills will help in making innovative homes with the company. The brand supplies to leading furnishing stores across the country like Bharat Furnishings (Mumbai), Novelty (Mumbai), Drape Avenue (Bangalore), Times Furnishing (Kolkata), Skipper (Kolkata), and Jagdish Stores (Delhi).
