Elvis Presley label to rock in India

Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE), a company that conducts business and manages

the assets of legendary pop singer Elvis Presley, also known as the ‘King of Rock and Roll’ is planning to introduce brand Elvis in India. The merchandise options will range from apparels to accessories, stationery, collectibles, personal care and other segments. EPE will enter India in partnership with Bradford License India, which will identify licensing opportunities for EPE in India.

Consumers would soon get an opportunity to flaunt sweatshirts with classic song titles of Elvis Presley such as ‘Suspicious Minds’ and ‘Heartbreak Hotel’, or signature portraits of Elvis Presley on sweaters and tees, and denim jackets with the phrase ‘Love Me Tender’ printed on the back, at company’s Indian outlet.

Presley is considered among the most significant names from the world of music with some of his greatest hits that include ‘Heartbreak Hotel, Don't be Cruel, Love Me Tender and All Shook Up’, which created a rage among his fans. He was considered a cult hero of the 70s who single handedly changed the world of music for ever.
