Fashion designers from India at SATF 2013

Fashion designers from India will be showcasing their

collections at the South Asia Trade Fair (SATF) 2013, scheduled to be held from February 14 at Feria Valencia, Spain. SATF aims at furthering a common platform for promotion of trade between several South Asian and European countries. It would help companies from South Asian countries like India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka as well as Dubai to promote their goods and to decide on their future European expansion plans.

Around 400 companies are likely to participate in the four-day event, which would also invite participation of several fashion designers, who would showcase their collection by organizing ramp walks at regular intervals. The organizers have confirmed Neeta Lulla and Rocky S, renowned fashion designers from India, are among those who would be showcasing their summer and autumn collections during the event. Alongside ramp shows, the fair would also host events like gastronomic tastings and dance shows by 50 international artists.

With the vast expansion economically and creatively in the field of fashion, this concept of bringing on board fashion designers and other fashion stakeholders from South Asia is truly going to be an amazing experience”, Rocky S. said in a statement.
