Fervour to launch luxe brands in India

Bangalore-based Unilog Content Solutions, through its new luxury retail company Fervour has

ventured into the luxe segment and is bringing Italian brands like Nina Ricci, Dsquared2, Iceberg and Frankie Morello to India, through a licensing agreement. The company will begin retailing products of these brands through a multi-brand retail outlet in Bangalore.

The first store spread over 2,000 square foot was launched on the upscale Vittal Mallya Road, known to house several luxury brands in Bangalore. It offers men’s and women’s apparel, accessories and perfumes, which can go up to Rs 100,000. The company has a licensing agreement with European design houses and is presenting Autumn/Winter 2013 collection of the said global brands.

Also on the company’s agenda is to be with the niche luxury multi-brand retail outlets in southern cities like Chennai and Hyderabad over the next three years, before venturing into other major metros like Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata. Unilog is a global technology and services company specializing in ‘big data analytics’ and ‘product data management for e-commerce’.
