Franco Leone one of the fastest growing shoe brands in India

is expanding with the opening of its first exclusive store in West Delhi’s Rajouri Garden. The store will extend the reach of the exclusive Franco Leone brand and give the customers an experience of its exclusive environment of pristine elegance. Spread over 1,800 sq. ft. the store features an exciting showcase of an extensive range of footwear, apparels and accessories. The ambience of the store is elegant, cool and inviting. The uniqueness of the store is the snowhite theme which has been used throughout the stores and the sitting arrangement, inspired from ice cubes.

S C Bhambri, Chairman, Franco Group says the brand is increasingly focusing on expansion across India. They are planning to add 15 more stores by the end of 2011 in cities like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Punjab and Bangalore. At the moment the brand is available in almost 700 stores pan India. These are mainly MBOs and chain stores like Shoppers Stop, Reliance Footprint, Biglife, Pantaloon Lifestyle, Metro, Mochi, Central, Regal and INC5.

The Franco Leone brand is recognized as a market leader in men’s footwear. The brand offers Franco Leone Comfort, Club and Classic shoes targeted exclusively at young office executives. It blends international designs with Indian tastes. It also has a casual brand called Ganuchi focused at the youth who prefer rugged, tuff yet trendy shoes. PLAYBOY is their other brand which offers a trendy and vibrant line for the age group 16-24. The company has achieved a license of PLAYBOY for South Asian Countries.
