Through a partnership and licensing deal signed recently
between Freecultr and Kolkata Night Riders (KKR), the former has been chosen as the official casual clothing partner. They have developed the team’s travel polos and a range of apparels to be available globally from the beginning of the 2012 IPL season.KKR has selected Freecultr to develop an innovative and stylish line of apparels ranging from polos, tees, denims, shoes, and accessories. Venky Mysore, MD, CEO of KKR says they have decided to partner with Freecultr, an exciting and upcoming fashion brand that is making waves across the country, as opposed to working with a supplier. Mysore points out their main objective has always been to continually keep fans engaged, excited, and delighted. He believes this partnership will give fans an added sense of pride as they become the brand ambassadors of KKR.
The initial product assortment is being introduced simultaneously on freecultr.com and kkr.in, apart from traditional retail, and Eden Garden concession formats. As a part of the launch, Freecultr will introduce a line of high quality, originally designed, and affordably priced apparels that speaks to the sensibilities of the fan community. The range includes polos, tees, denims, shoes, hats, bands, and other items.
