Global Desi opens 62nd store in New Delhi

In keeping with its aggressive expansion plans, Global Desi has unveiled its 62nd store at Spark

Mall, New Delhi. The new store offers an exciting range of ultra-chic bohemian inspired fashion designed by Anita Dongre. Spread over 1,392 square foot, the store stocks the complete range of indo-fusion fashion along with an exhaustive collection of trendy bags, scarves, footwear and accessories. At present, it is showcasing the Spring/Summer 2014 ‘Mela Collection’ of Global Desi comprising of fashion forward styles, cuts and prints for the season. The collection consists of printed maxis, palazzo pants, crop tops, dresses, jumpsuits, midi skirts, sheer jackets and many more options in soft fluid fabrics like Liva.

And, the contemporary western wear label and Global Desi, the India inspired brand under designer Anita Dongre’s And Designs India are rapidly spreading their wings in India and abroad. Launched in 2007, Global Desi is currently available at exclusive brand outlets and multi brand stores across the country. Global Desi opened its first outlet in Mauritius in 2013. Plans are underway to open it in other destinations all over the world.
