Hasbro opens at Express Mall

With the economic slowdown withering away, many apparel retailers are mulling increasing

their pan-India presence. Hasbro Clothing, leading men’s garment and accessories producer is one of them. Recently, they opened their 12th store at Chennai’s Express Avenue. Hasbro offers men’s clothing under three main brands Basics 029, Genesis and Probase. And the new Chennai store is Hasbro’s 54th in India.

Express Avenue is one of Chennai’s premium malls. The new store called Hasbro Basic 029, is spread over 1,000 sq. ft. area. The interiors are done with the signature grey and yellow of Basics029. It’s aesthetically designed and helps visitors find what they want without much effort. Red, the brand color of Basics 029, is the predominant color for the denim section that is also the focal point of the store.

The two other Hasbro label labels -- Probase, a casual wear brand and Genesis the elegant, formal wear -- are currently retailed through over 50 exclusive outlets spread across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Cochin, Mumbai, Colombo, Maldives etc. In the coming months, Hasbro plans even more initiatives in Chennai.
