Invista to present premier fibres

Invista will showcase its three premier global innovations, Lycra dualFX fabric, Coolmax

Black fiber and Thermolite insulation, at the eighth edition of the Fibers & Yarns exhibition from April 11 to April 13, 2013, in Mumbai. Lycra dualFX fabric enables the creation of super stretch denim with extra comfortable fit that lasts longer. The heart of the technology involves weaving in Lycra fibre and Lycra 400 fibre in the same fabric to give the garment high stretch, high recovery, and low shrinkage.

Coolmax Black fibre technology supports the growing trend for black colour in various apparel segments especially socks and sportswear. It uses spun-in carbon black pigment technology in addition to the usual tetra-channel cross section of Coolmax fibre that gives the garments using this fibre a consistent black colour, wash durability along with moisture management characteristics.

Thermolite insulation is designed to provide lightweight warmth to winter garments ranging from casual jackets, extreme cold-weather garments to sleeping bags, footwear, accessories and gear. Invista will showcase a range of waddings with Thermolite insulation.
