Fashion designer Niranjan has opened the IWEE styling store in Hyderabad with the aim of
bringing the best of global brands to the city and making designer wear accessible to the middle class. The brands will be procured directly from manufacturing houses, given a perfect youthful look and sold at prices cheaper than they are abroad. Styling can also be customized as per customers’ individual tastes and requirements. While experimenting with fashion is part of the designer’s style, experimenting with fabric has found expression in Couture, which will be a separate section in the store. It will exhibit organic fabrics made from cotton and jute. The fabrics would initially be procured from handloom weavers of Chirala and Pochampally in Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Different designs would then be made from these fabrics. Niranjan learnt fashion designing by assisting some of the big names in the fashion industry like Gaurav Gupta, Reena Dhaka, Mandira Wirk. He has done costumes for films and is the styling specialist for the Kalaniketan designer store Ariza.
