JadeBlue lures brands for exclusive retailing in Gujarat

chain, JadeBlue is in talks with domestic apparel brands for exclusive retailing in Gujarat. The chain is also planning to expand its footprint further in India by opening more stores, and also adding more brands to its portfolio.

JadeBlue would be opening two more stores to take its total exclusive store tally in the country to 20. Moreover, it would be focusing on south Indian states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

The retail chain recently opened a whopping 12,000 sq. ft. store in Ahmedabad, its 17th in India. The store offers formals, casuals, occasion, party and ethnic wear, accessories etc, of international brands, the best of Indian fashion and bespoke tailoring under one roof, apart from designer sherwanis, a large range of kurtas and Indo-westerns that can complete any wedding ensemble.

Having pegged a turnover of Rs 122 crores, JadeBlue is eyeing revenue of Rs 165 crores by the end of the financial year 2012-13.
