Jyotee Khaitan now at Kimaya

Kolkata’s renowned designer Jyotee Khaitan who had launched her eponymous

label in 2005, is now retailing through Kimaya stores, New Delhi. Her collections stand out for being immaculate, poetic and eye-catching. Her couture lines are embellished with skilful, sophisticated embroideries with modem sensual drapes.

Commenting on the association, she says , “Many of my clients from around the world were finding it cumbersome to come to Kolkata every time to buy my collections, hence I decided to make my label available at a more convenient place and the first city that came to my mind was Delhi. In Delhi, there was no better place to do justice to my handcrafted pieces than DLF Emporio and Kimaya.”

Khaitan’s designs perfectly compliment the new generation, which demands exclusivity and style to set it apart. Her collection at Kimaya has exquisite hand-crafted pieces in blues, pinks, oranges, reds with some exotic pearl and sequins embroidery, silver applique and crystal work to make an elegant yet substantial statement.
