Kalamandir bags two awards at ‘Achievers Conference’

Kalamandir has received two awards at the 73rd All

India Achievers Conference (AIAC) held in Chennai. ‘Arch of Excellence’ in Business Organization category and ‘Gem of India’ accolades were conferred to Prasad Chalavadi, Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Kalamandir by K Rosaiah, Governor of Tamil Nadu.

AIAC is a non-profit, non-political organization which was set up in 1989 by a group of enterprising journalists, writers, social workers, philanthropist, entrepreneurs and leading industrialists of the country having its headquarters in New Delhi and branches in all major cities. Elated at receiving the awards, Chalavadi said, “It is such an honour for me to be awarded this title. In fact, Kalamandir have always endeavoured to be at the forefront of changes in our industry, bringing the very best in fashion to our customers and make it a point to always appreciate our customers with great deals without compromising on quality. We are committed to continuing this policy.”

Kalamandir is a well known retail house spread across Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka in Southern India focusing primarily on ethnic women wear like saris. It operates seventeen company-owned stores out of which six are in Hyderabad, six in Bangalore, two in Vijaywada and one each in Guntur, Kancheepuram and Warangal.
