Kalamandir opens two stores in Andhra Pradesh

As a part of its rapid retail expansion plans, well known textile retail chain Kalamandir has

opened its 19th and 20th stores in Rajamundry and Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh respectively. Tollywood actors Anushka Shetty, Pranitha and Kruthi Karbandha along with other celebrities inaugurated the stores.

Commenting on the new store launches, Kalamandir Kalyan, CEO, Kalamandir said, “Now entire Godavari can shop for the family right here, thanks to our one-stop shop concept, ensuring convenience for our customers.”

Kalamandir has recently received two awards at the 73rd All India Achievers Conference (AIAC) held in Chennai. ‘Arch of Excellence’ in Business Organization category and ‘Gem of India’ accolades were conferred to Prasad Chalavadi, Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Kalamandir by K Rosaiah, Governor of Tamil Nadu.

Kalamandir is an upcoming retail house in Andhra Pradesh and Karanataka focusing primarily on traditional women’s wear like saris. It operates seventeen company-owned stores out of which six are in Hyderabad, six in Bangalore, two in Vijaywada and one each in Guntur, Kancheepuram and Warangal.
