Kimaya, the prestigious multi-brand high-end retailer has introduced Stringhopper, a Sri Lankan

menswear label which was first launched at the HSBC Colombo Fashion Week 2009 (CFW), in its stores. The label also showed its ensembles at this year’s HSBC CFW 2010. And Kimaya was one of the buyers who attended the HSBC CFW 2010. Stringhopper’s design philosophy is simple, classic, tropical and local and it possesses a high wearability quotient.

Manufactured at a Sri Lanka’s Garments without Guilt certified factory, Stringhopper carries the label ‘Garments without Guilt’ on its ‘Conscience’ collection. The Conscience collection is made of organic cotton and the brand appeals to a growing breed of ethical shoppers internationally. The designs and fabrics are smart and international yet tropical.
