Attracted by the rich opportunities, LNJ Denim is venturing into markets in south India. LNJ Denim is

a unit of the Rs 5,000 crores LNJ Bhilwara Group. LNJ Denim proposes to invest about Rs 150 crores in 2011-12 for expanding its ring spinning capacity.

The company has also unveiled a new denim which is oil and water repellent and is fire retardant. The chemicals are impregnated into the cotton fiber to create a self-extinguishing property. This and other innovative initiatives, have earned LNJ Denim, some of the best global certifications GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard) and GRS (Global Recycle Standards) issued by Control Union Certifications, REACH, OEKO TEX , SA 8000, etc.

The Group was incepted in 1961 and has emerged as a leading conglomerate with diversified business in different sectors such as textiles, graphite electrodes, power generation, power engineering, and consultancy services, and steel and IT enabled services. The denim unit makes 13.5 million meters of denim fabric per annum. It comes in many colors such: as indigo, pure sulphur colors, red and purple indigo, green cast, black etc. The denim finish is in regular, mill wash, flat, coated or over-dyed. It manufactures natural fiber blended denim out of silk, bamboo etc as well.
