LNJ Denim, a part of the Rs 3,600 crores Bhilwara Group, has unveiled a new range of eco-friendly
and fire-resistant denim fabric. This is a range of poly spectrum in both rigid and stretch. It has two fabrics with a blend of 45 per cent cotton and 55 per cent polyester. LNJ will supply the fabric to some of the best apparel brands in the world, including Diesel, GAP, Levi’s, Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, Wranglers and United Colors of Benetton. The company has invested over Rs 200 crores in production facilities and in three years they plan to double their capacity. It has launched an ambitious program of expansion and diversification that should see it consolidate its strength and achieve economies of scale that will enhance efficiency tremendously.LNJ Denim’s fire-resistant fabrics have been used in uniforms of fire-fighting personnel in Madhya Pradesh.
