Madhulika Budhiraja joins e-retailer Zovi as VP

Private label fashion e-tailer Zovi has appointed Madhulika Budhiraja as vice president for its international business

division. Budhiraja comes with around eleven years of experience in the fashion industry across retail and e-commerce. She is an MBA in international business and textile designing.

Zovi is a part of Bangalore-based Robemall Apparels. Additionally, Zovi has appointed two vice presidents – Anuj Mittal for the women’s wear division and Sushant Junnarkar for men’s wear, while Ashish Agarwal has been named assistant vice president for the footwear division. With 11 years of experience in consulting, Mittal had earlier worked at companies such as Nestle, Dabur and P&G, while Junnarkar had built his own entrepreneurial venture earlier. In the past, Junnarkar had also worked at HSBC and Asian Paints. Agarwal comes with more than nine years of experience in retail.

Zovi was founded in 2010. It started as an online menswear private label brand. The company added women’s wear and accessories later on. Last year, it also added home furnishings to its set of offerings. Early this year, Zovi raised 10 million dollars in fresh funding from existing investors Tiger Global and SAIF Partners. The firm had also earlier secured ten million dollars from the same investors.
