The newly opened G 7 Mall in the northern suburb of 7 Bungalows in Versova, Mumbai

hosted a scintillating fashion show to launch the autumn/winter collection of some of the top international fashion brands in India. The show was presented by the retail group Major Brands that has Mango, Promod, Nine West, La Senza, Charles & Keith, Aldo, Aldo Accessories, Okaidi and Inglot in its product portfolio.

The fashion show featured well known models Malaika Arora Khan and a pick of top Indian models namely Candice Pinto, Dipti Gujral, Sucheta Sharma, amongst others. The evening showcased the very best of trendy high street fashion apparel, shoes, accessories, lingerie and make up from Inglot, the leading international Polish brand making waves across the globe. The fashion show’s unique feature was that apparel brands were teamed up with shoe and accessories brands. Mango sashayed in with Aldo whilst Promod displayed its wares, shod in Charles & Keith creations and sensual lingerie from La Senza was presented with glamorous Nine West footwear. The show presented the season`s new "must-have" looks.


Major Brands was set up in 2001 and by end of 2010 is looking at 83 outlets across India. By the end of 2011 a pan India presence with 131 stores has been planned.
