Malini Ramani’s 2nd store in Goa

One of the first designers to launch her store at Calangute in Goa, Malini Ramani has

now added another designer lifestyle boutique at Sangolda, Goa. With the launch of this new lifestyle store, she would transform Goan homes and hotels by adding her design touch to them. The store stocks everything from paintings, Buddha and elephant statues to wall hangings, mirrors, designer furniture and various other artefacts and things. The store will retail loungewear and kimonos. The walls have been designed to match the furniture thus bringing out elegance.

Apart from acting as a perfect place for displaying her collections, it would also be used as an art gallery to promote young and upcoming artists’ work. With the start of the season, they even plan on having a small cafe in the backyard and organising small events now and then.

Designer Ramani is also turning to the silver screen and debuting with the movie titled ‘Sunburn - The Movie’. The designer recently tied up with footwear company Bata India to create trendy and contemporary shoes and sandals.
