Mumbai to host Ambey Valley India Bridal Week

The Ambey Valley India Bridal Week (AVIBFW) is all set to

kick-off from September 12 to 17, 2012 at Grand Hyatt in Mumbai. And the good news is the next season of this annual event would also be held in New Delhi, adding to the glamour quotient of the city’s other fashion events. Continuing last year’s trend, while Miss India International 2011 Ankita Shorey would be the face of this year’s event, attendees would also see Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha walk the ramp for designer Jyotsna Tiwari. Jewellery brand Azva is the associate sponsor for this event.

Next year, the event will take place in Delhi and Mumbai, between August 2 to7 and September 20 to 25 2013 respectively. The organisers also plan to take this event to international levels. This year’s Bridal Week will be opened with designer Tarun Tahiliani’s show and J J Valaya will be the grand finale designer. Associate sponsor Azva’s wedding jewellery collection is inspired by the tradition of saat pheras, which is considered an integral part of the wedding day.
