Pavers opens 10th flagship store

Pavers England has launched a 1,600 sq. ft. flagship store in Chennai offering a range of footwear

and accessories for men and women. The store is at Express Avenue Mall and is the brand’s 10th exclusive flagship store. Besides, Pavers England is available in the shop-in-shops format in leading department stores such as Lifestyle, Central and Shoppers Stop.

The company plans 24 exclusive stores, located in all major cities across India, by the end of this fiscal, and 50 exclusive franchise outlets by 2012. It was launched in 2008 in India as a result of a partnership between Pavers Foresight Smart Venture and Chennai-based Forward Group, a high-quality footwear exporter.

Pavers established in 1971 is UK’s fastest growing and largest footwear retailer with more than 100 retail outlets and Europe’s largest online shoe retail business. The company has achieved year-on-year growth of more than 30 per cent over the last decade. The brand hopes to provide Indian consumers, men and women, innovative comfort footwear in a range of collections.
