Pritika Fashions to spread wings

Year-old ethnic wear brand Pritika Fashions is on an expansion spree. After creating a strong

foothold in the ethnic wear market, it plans to be present through 25 exclusive stores by the year end. A dedicated women’s wear brand it displays a variety of products that includes: designer and cotton kurtis, salwars, patialas, leggings, jeggings, suits, dupattas, stoles etc. The products are available in varied prints and embroideries.

The brand has invested about Rs 10 crores in the last one year in establishing itself and is looking at an investment Rs 50 crores by the end of this fiscal. New stores include: three in Bangalore, two each in Pune and Mumbai and one each in Jaipur, Jammu, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Patiala and Amritsar. It is also looking at investing about Rs 450 crores by 2014 and having 250 stores across the country and a few international stores in the US, UK and Canada. There are plans of going public and launching an IPO in the next few years.
