Rachna Collections opens doors in Wakefield

Rachna Collections by Rachna Dhir, an Indian and

Indo-Western fashion design company that combines luxurious Indian fabrics with modern western styling has opened a new showroom and store in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Rachna Collections produces saris, dresses, anarkalis, shawls, churidar pyjamas, bags, footwear, jewellery and bridal wear for the modern South Asian woman. Attention to detail and rich, luxurious fabrics makes the collections stand apart. Dhir has carved out a sophisticated niche for Rachna Collections boutique, which first opened in Massachusetts in 2011. Rachna Collections, which also has a presence in New Delhi, relocated its Bay State store to Wakefield from Moody Street in Waltham.

Dhir has over 25 years of experience in the garment industry. Starting off as a child designer exporter in India, Dhir has founded several apparel companies and has experience in both designing and manufacturing. She started Rachna Collections in 2009 after her trips to the United States gave her the inspiration to make sophisticated and high-end designs that enhance and reflect each wearer’s personality.
