Rajlaxmi unveils her new collection

Designer Rajlaxmi Ghosh, famous for her distinctive and lustrous collection of sarees,

gowns and dresses recently launched her latest collection, ‘Shimmer and Glow festive collection’ in Kolkata. The newly launched line of designs is meant for all seasons and the designer has used many types of solid colours and jewel colours. She has also made use of Chanderi for actor Saheb Chatterjee and also used little bits of velvet here and there because velvet borders enhances the glow of the dresses.

Model Parijat is the brand ambassador of Rajlaxmi’s clothes for last one and half years and he loves the colour combination she uses for her designs. The price range of the collection is between Rs 10,000 and Rs 25,000. Saris, kalidars, maxi dresses that transcend weaves and time, colours, that shimmer and whisper mysteries, designs that includes the drama of red, magic blues, emerald glows, gorgeous purple, pristine white and many other jewel tones. And the styles are very unique and individualistic. The essence in Rajlaxmi’s collection lies in the beauty and opulence of colour, embroideries, texture and fabric.
