The Collective has appointed Ram Iyer as the Chief Executive Officer. He replaces George
Santacroce, who will remain involved with The Collective as an advisor focusing primarily on future growth and seasonal strategy to support the team as required. Iyer will continue to drive and build the business with a strong team of senior executives that include Julie Woodhead, GMM, Rudrarup Datta, head of operations and marketing, supported by a team at the headquarters and in the stores.The Collective is a lifestyle and luxury menswear store launched by Madura Garments Lifestyle Retail Company, a company of the Aditya Birla Group.
