Ritu Wears opens 2nd Biglife

Delhi-based lifestyle brand Ritu Wears plans to open a bigger format store, Ritu Wears Biglife,

at Model Town in New Delhi by the end of this month. The first such store was launched in Indore in March 2010. The new store will be spread over an area of 18,000 sq. ft. and Ritu Wears is investing approximately Rs 5 crores on it. Biglife is about a concept of creating visual treats for customers so that they keep coming back. On display will be attractive range of merchandise, covering many categories such as apparels, accessories, home furnishings etc, at reasonable and customer-friendly prices. It’s a haven for the value-conscious middle class shoppers.

Ritu Wears has catered to its loyalists for over 45 years and now it wishes to take the shopping experience to the next level with Biglife. The company is betting big on this concept and Biglife seems to be a well-thought out idea with a sound business strategy and a positioning that vibes well with Ritu Wears’ core philosophy. Currently, Ritu Wears has 12 stores covering a retail space of 2,25,000 sq. ft. The company has plans to add 33 new stores by 2014, expanding its presence in north and central India.
