Inspired by India’s national cricket team during their historic

‘World Cup Championship’ run, Sher Singh’s design team aimed to integrate the classic ‘gentleman's game’ with a modern twist for their first collection, called ‘Cricket by Sher Singh’. And now, the company has launched a range of polo T-shirts flaunting different names of the cities representing IPL teams. The range is especially created for cricket fans cheering for the on-going IPL.

Many members of the World Cup Championship team had celebrated their victory wearing tees from ‘Cricket by Sher Singh’ collection, including M S Dhoni, Harbhajan Singh, and new brand ambassador Zaheer Khan. Launched in collaboration with global design experts from New York and New Delhi, Sher Singh is the world's first online clothing brand from India. It embodies contemporary Indian concepts using international quality and designs. The website SherSingh.com features a constantly growing range of lifestyle products, including tees, trousers, polos, shirts, dresses, skirts, saris, and tunics.

Sher Singh was started by the team behind exclusively.in, a pioneer in e-commerce fashion from India. The team has offices in New York City and New Delhi, and has raised nearly $20 million from some of the world’s leading investors, including Accel Partners, Tiger Global Management, and Helion Venture Partners. The company is also supported by a number of seasoned investors and advisors from around the world, including Zaheer Khan (cricketer), executives from Google, Facebook, and Armani, and model/actress Sushama Reddy.
