Tahiliani for Wills Lifestyle finale

Tarun Tahiliani will be the grand finale designer for the upcoming Wills Lifestyle fashion show.

The Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week, is Asia’s biggest and India’s premiere fashion and trade event. The grand finale will take place on October 27 in New Delhi.  Since Wills Lifestyle, ITC’s premium fashion brand, completes 10 years, Tahiliani will also create an exclusive collection that will be retailed from Wills Lifestyle stores across the country.

Tarun Tahiliani started off as a fashion retailer by establishing his own fashion boutique in Mumbai. Later he made a step further by starting his own brand called Ahiliani Extremely inspired by ethnic styles, he feels the sari is the most apt apparel for a sensuous look and brings out the beauty of Indian women in the most attractive manner. He experiments with colors and fabrics to create his own classy designs. He incorporates Lucknow’s chikan embroidery in his designs and also uses beads and semi precious stones as embellishments. He strongly believes that fashion is all about comfort in a particular attire. The highlights of his designs are: block printing, bandhini styles, beautiful color combinations and rich silhouettes.
