The Stiff Collar shirts arrive in India

The Stiff Collar has entered the Indian market with its

range of English shirts inspired by the hallowed tailoring traditions of Jermyn Street and Saville Row. The Stiff Collar features distinct styling elements that make up the English Cut -- longer shirt tails by four inches, close to body cuts, barrel cuffs, cross stitched buttons, a split yoke and a stiff, Windsor Cutaway Collar.

The 100 per cent cotton English shirts by Stiff Collar sport the traditional close fit showcasing the influence of British tailoring having a sharper look compared to the common comfort fit. The collections are available on the company’s online platform thestiffcollar.com and are priced at Rs 899. A statement released by the company says, the Mumbai-based ‘somewhat snooty English shirts’ manufacturing company delivers the product in any part of India free of cost within seven days.

Kabir Hingorani of Liberty Legacy, the first readymade shirt brand in India and Co-founder of thestiffcollar.com says that these formal shirts come in traditional English colours and designs.
