Timberland to open seven new stores

Timberland, a specialized footwear and apparel brand,

has opened its first store at MBD Neopolis Mall, Ludhiana. The store is specially designed to reflect Timberland’s long standing commitment to sustainability through the use of recycled materials and other eco-conscious building practices. Spread over 900 sq. ft. the exclusive store offers footwear, apparel and accessories for men, women and children, showcasing tradition-inspired silhouettes, footwear with anti-fatigue technology and even innovative footwear made from recycled materials like rubber from recycled tire.

The brand plans to hike its presence by adding seven more stores taking the number to 13 by year end. These stores will open in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Delhi. Timberland is also available in India through an exclusive license cum distribution agreement with Reliance Brands. Currently, Timberland stores are at Ambience Mall, New Delhi, Express Avenue Mall, Chennai, South City Mall, Kolkata, Korum Mall, Thane, Mumbai and Courtyard, High Street Phoenix, Mumbai.
